Build the software that networks run on.
SD-WAN platforms carrying production traffic. AI agents that manage networks. Vision systems in real cars. This is the work — and we're building a workplace worth doing it in.
Projects you'll actually want to talk about.
No maintenance graveyards. Most engineers here take products from scratch to production — and the products are the kind that end up in case studies.
Carrier-grade networking
SD-WAN and SASE platforms running production networks at 99.5% SLA — orchestration portals, control planes, packet-level engineering.
AI with guardrails
Network AI agents built deterministic-first, LLM quantization pipelines, and GenAI systems analyzing decades-old mainframe code.
Embedded & automotive
Camera vision systems for a US Tier-1 supplier, plant-floor test governance across 100+ machines, IoT platforms for US energy customers.
What you get beyond the payslip.
Scratch-to-production ownership
You see the whole lifecycle — architecture, build, ship, operate — not one slice of someone else's system.
Mentors, not just managers
Career paths are built deliberately here, with senior engineers invested in your growth — several of our leads grew up inside Ticvic.
Respectful interviews
A friendly technical conversation with our engineers. Whatever the outcome, you get honest feedback and on-time updates — no ghosting, ever.
Always learning
New stacks, new domains — telecom to automotive to AI. Your skills compound because the projects keep changing.
Balance, by design
Our stated mission includes becoming a great place to work by 2030 — well-being and work-life balance are goals we're measured on, not posters.
Global exposure
Clients across the US, UK, UAE, China, and Japan — you'll work directly with them, not through layers.

In their own words.
I am a part of the Embedded C team and most of us get to work on projects from scratch to completion, giving us broad experience. Regarding my career growth, we have mentors and managers here who help us in creating an amazing and holistic career path.
I have been associated with Ticvic Technologies for more than 4 years and Ticvic feels like a family where I can learn from my mistakes, evolve and grow. As a Lead Engineer, I work on multiple projects from various industries and each project brings a new set of challenges. Ticvic cares about improving my skills and building confidence to tackle these challenges.
Collaborating with experts and working on diverse projects has honed my skills and broadened my horizons. Grateful for the growth & opportunities, and I look forward to more impactful contributions ahead.
I've been a part of this company for over 1.5 years now, and I can honestly say it's been an incredible journey. From day one, I've felt supported, challenged, and valued in ways I never expected. What sets this company apart is its commitment to employee growth and development.
Three steps. Honest feedback at every one.
Introduce yourself
Send your résumé with a few lines about what you've built. A real engineer reads it — the same rule our clients get.
A friendly technical conversation
You'll talk with our engineers about real problems, not riddles. Whatever the outcome, you get honest feedback and on-time updates.
Offer — or a roadmap
Join the team, or leave with a clear picture of the skills to build and an open door to try again. Nobody leaves guessing.
No open positions right now — but the door isn't closed.
Strong engineers don't arrive on our schedule, and we know it. If the work above sounds like yours, introduce yourself — when a seat opens, the people already in our talent pool hear first.
